About Me
DAVID (owner)
I started apprenticing with my dad, Andy Tracey when I was 11 helping after school and on the weekends with all kinds of projects and jobs. It wasn't until I started college that I started working properly for him and getting paid.
During this time I took a special liking for all things electrical and decided to go to university to pursue this. I secured a position at Warsash maritime academy and achieved a distinction in my degree of electrical and electronic engineering. I then worked on cruise ships for 5 years (3 months on 3 months off) and spent another 5 years on a commercial heavy lift vessel with a similar rotation.
During this time I had off I renovated 2 homes learning all the ins and outs of property maintenance from my expert father. Additionally I worked extensively with him in his business which covers most of the building industry.
After having a baby I wanted to be home more so decided to start this business to provide a good quality service to people who need it.
I hope one day to teach my son everything I have learnt so he can continue the work I have started if he so desires.
